These guidelines apply to all clients of LESS MODELS, including Danish clients. The English version shall prevail in case of discrepancies.
Welcome to LESS MODELS! We are excited to work with you and look forward to creating great projects together. To ensure a professional, respectful, and efficient collaboration, we have outlined the following guidelines, which all clients are required to read and follow.
The client must ensure that all working conditions and locations are safe, secure, and fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Models must not be asked to perform any tasks that are unsafe, degrading, unprofessional, or inappropriate.
A suitable and private changing area must be provided for the model.
The model must not be assigned tasks that have not been pre-approved by LESS MODELS.
The client may not request the model to sign any documents (including contracts, NDAs, image release forms, etc.) without prior written approval from LESS MODELS.
Any shoot involving nudity, transparent clothing, swimwear, or lingerie must be approved in writing by LESS MODELS and explicitly included in the booking confirmation.
Behind-the-scenes content is only permitted when the model is fully ready with hair and makeup, and only with their prior consent.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the model is treated with professionalism and respect throughout the assignment.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least five (5) days before the scheduled job date. For cancellations made later than this, LESS MODELS reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed model fee, as well as reimbursement for any non-refundable expenses already incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).
In case of late payment, LESS MODELS reserves the right to charge reminder fees and interest in accordance with applicable legislation.
Invoice Terms: All invoices must be paid within 8 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Method: Bank transfer only.
Additional Costs: Expenses such as hotel, travel, flights, buses, or train tickets will be invoiced separately within the same invoice.
Extra Charges: Overtime, work on public holidays, or additional hours may be invoiced separately. Please contact LESS MODELS if the assignment exceeds the agreed scope.
All models and partners are expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and mutual respect.
Timeliness: Jobs must begin at the agreed time. In case of delay, please inform the contact person at LESS MODELS immediately.
Privacy: Filming or photographing the model outside of the agreed job scope (e.g. backstage or during changing) is strictly prohibited without consent.
Boundaries: A model has the right to decline any task or instruction that feels unsafe or uncomfortable. This must be respected without consequences for the model.
At LESS MODELS, we place great importance on safe, professional working environments for all models. While the agency may not be physically present on set, we expect clients to ensure respectful and secure conditions at all times.
Safety Measures: For jobs involving special conditions (e.g. extreme weather, heights, demanding poses), the client is responsible for implementing all necessary safety measures.
Feedback: Any concerns or unsafe experiences must be reported immediately to LESS MODELS.
Minors: For models under 18, all relevant labor and safety laws must be followed. Special permits from the Danish Working Environment Authority are required for models under 13.
LESS MODELS acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for on-set conditions, legal violations, or the actions of third parties. All responsibility for safety and compliance lies with the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the rights to all images and video materials remain jointly with LESS MODELS and the model.
Commercial Use: Any commercial use (advertising, campaigns, e-commerce, etc.) must be agreed upon in writing and will require a separate fee.
Change of Use: The client may not use the material in any way beyond what was initially agreed—this includes resale, editing, or redistribution—without written approval from LESS MODELS.
Editing/Retouching: Material must not be altered in a way that significantly changes the model’s appearance or compromises their integrity without prior written consent.
When sharing content featuring a LESS MODELS model on social media, both LESS MODELS and the model must be credited, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consent: Any post involving sensitive, personal, or potentially offensive content must be pre-approved by the model.
Private Content: Behind-the-scenes material, changing room content, or other private footage may not be recorded or shared without explicit written consent from both the model and LESS MODELS.
Images, videos, or other material featuring models from LESS MODELS may not be used in any form of AI-generated or digitally manipulated content—whether commercial or non-commercial—without prior written permission from both the agency and the model.
This includes, but is not limited to:
deepfakes, virtual try-ons, avatars, voice generation, or similar technologies.
Any violation will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action.
If either the client or the agency wishes to cancel or amend an agreement, it must be done in writing and confirmed by both parties.
Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, transport issues, strikes, natural disasters), both parties will seek a suitable solution. Neither party can be held liable for breach of contract due to force majeure.
LESS MODELS assumes no financial, legal, or employment-related liability for jobs or collaborations carried out without the agency’s direct presence or written approval.
Any agreement or conduct on the day of the shoot is solely the client’s responsibility. Disputes or claims between the client and model must be handled between the parties unless otherwise agreed in writing with LESS MODELS.
We are committed to protecting privacy and handling personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Usage: Personal data is used exclusively for booking and collaboration purposes and is stored securely. We do not share data with third parties without consent.
